The eighth annual, Run for the Rosé takes place in the beautiful, historic New Salem State Park. Run or walk, the race will begin and end at West of Wise Winery which has award winning wines from grapes grown in their family vineyard. The race will include road and trails next to the Sangamon River. If wine isn’t your thing, the winery also offers beer from great local breweries. The Wood Fired Pizza Guys food truck will be at the winery for after the run!
Registration Includes:
-chip timed 5k run/walk
-wine tasting tickets
-glass w/ race logo
Awards will be given to top overall (male/female) & top three of each age division (male/female)!
The Run for the Rosé will be held rain or shine! Packet Pickup will be Friday, April 28th from 12-6:00pm & race day from 8:45-9:45am. Race start time will be 10:00am.
Due to the trails on the course, please no strollers.
